SO have you ever thought about only weighing yourself once a week? I really think that might help you not be so hard on yourself. You are WAY WAY to hard on yourself!!! You are making an effort and that is what counts! You need to love your body and love what you are no matter what. I know that is hard but it is worth it. I bet once you start to love your body it will be easier to lose that unwanted weight. It is going to do you no good to keep beating yourself up. Try writing some good things about yourself. I know that your whole day can be screwed up but eating something that is not so good for you but I bet you did at some point make an effort to eat right. You are a good woman, a wonderful mother, a good wife, and a good friend. These are just a few of the things that make up who you are. Love that person and all that comes with it! STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!!!
